Really typically Italian. And delicious

Unfortunately I was unlucky with my food that day. But now from the beginning: The selection or the offer of the dishes is good. There were three of us there and had ordered a portion of spaghetti with tomato sauce for our little mouse, which was really big enough. -> all good My wife found her salmon in saffron sauce -> also good. Only my gnocchetti with salciccia was ok. Unfortunately parmesan was already grated on top of the pasta (especially the simple, incomprehensible Parmesan dust) with the reason given by the Italian that there would always be parmesan over the pasta ... well, a prior inquiry or the obligatory glass of cheese next to the pasta would be in my opinion no problem. Since I do not like to eat this cheese, but at least wanted to eat with my family, I refused to wait 10-15 minutes to cook again, which was kindly offered to me. Then unfortunately the real problem came a hair in the meat. (This can also happen - but the answer "there is no hair on the head in the kitchen" was unfortunately not quite as happy ...) here it was no longer possible to think about eating again and then no question was asked about cooking again. Whether you can make up for this with an espresso / schnapps is a nice gesture - asking the full price for it is unfortunately not so happy ... and then I have to say in summary that the prices are something from my point of view are too high compared to the service provided. Hence 3 stars ...

The food was very good as before. However, the prices have become really expensive. We were there 2 years ago and more often. Since the price-performance ratio was right. Today it is that a saltinboca costs 26 euros. Normal pasta dishes actually cost 17 to 20 euros and a tiramisu 8.50 euros. We all just looked at the table with big eyes. Of course we ordered and it also tasted good, although there were actually 2 leaves of spinach in the spinach noodles. Pizza for 10 to 16 euros per piece is really cheeky. We all decided that this was our last visit. We live here Yes not in Hamburg or Berlin in terms of prices. There are enough delicious alternatives that are normal in price. But you can also notice that, in the past the restaurant was full to the last seat, today half of the tables were empty

The food was good, unfortunately the glasses and plates were not 100% clean.

In view of the sometimes listless service, dirty tablecloths, unclean glasses and sometimes I give 4 stars to completely excessive prices (pizzas 14-17, - and pasta 12-18, -). Seldom before was it granted to me to have such tasty sauces as in this location. If you gave the same attention to service and cleanliness as the excellent cuisine, this would be the ultimate insider tip!

We ordered a pizza with rocket and the pasta with gorgonzola, arugula and walnuts. Unfortunately, the rucola was saved on both dishes. Walnuts were none. After addressing it was only "The were unfortunately out" .. No discount or a coffee on the house. Too bad.

Great Italian Sardinian cuisine and always a great mood

The food, which was to consist of three simple ingredients, was brought to the table with only two ingredients. The wish that you still want to have the walnuts, but was accepted ... but they never arrived at the table. In the end, the full price was asked without apology and the request to pay with the card was also ignored. The money we have then suitably laid down on the table, the staff have pointed out and left very disappointed the place.

Absolutely disappointing. My dish consisted of only three ingredients: gnocchi, gorgonzola and walnuts. I did not have a walnut and after I had informed the waiter, I still did not get any, had to pay the full price and had to wait so long to pay with the card that I had to scratch all my change and leave.

Highly recommended for couples. The dining area Is small (at the entrance limited seating area), however the setting, ambience Really good food, nice private setting.

Very good Italian cuisine. Prices are slightly higher here and there but the quality has always been right. Fresh products are used and you can taste it too. Super nice staff. It's best to reserve a table.

My first visit to the Ciro. The staff + the boss super nice. Very accommodating, friendly and not too pushy. The food was 1 a. Compliments to the kitchen. The only thing that contributed to the missing fifth star was its location on a relatively busy street. We sat outside. The view is not exactly great. But the rest highly recommended. 🍸

I have been to many Italian restaurants and by far this is the worst I’ve ever been to I love Italian food But this place was terrible the starter I asked for came 3 pieces of stail bread that I paid over the top for the waitress was very ignorant was more interested in a member of the kitchen And the table that we were sat at had the same table cloth from the previous people and was very dirty the food was disgusting cold and unacceptable I recommend never to eat here

It's classic Italian cuisine at it's best. The atmosphere is intimate and friendly. I had a calamari salad and it was just as good as being downtown Napoli. I love this place!

We had dinner there with some friends. The place had been recommended by the maitre at Oskar in K-Town. Seats on the terrace are nice if its mild but the nearby road tends to be quite noisy. So some glas partition would come in handy to facilitae conversation and block dust and fumes. We had ordered fish, steak and pizza, some prosecco (no champaign or sparkling wine on the menue !) and pinot grigio. The nameless prosecco came cool, sufficiently sparkling and had a good taste. Not so much the pinot grigio which left a soapy aftertaste. Lots of an undefinable ubiquitious sauce made it hard to taste either the starters and the almost cold fish when the plates arrived. The steak though ordered medium-rare came in well done. The pizza had almost cooled down to ambient temperature and was - no joke- "pre-cut". Tasted OK. Espresso came with no crema and the Ramazotti came diluted with lots of ice. Not sure what exactly caused our collective heartburn. Not recommended

Just to put the service review to rest, I found it Fair. I walked in and put in a to go order. I had no idea what to expect so I ordered basic food just to start my reviews. Maybe it is because I am a foreigner or because of how I was dressed but they did not look to happy for me to be there. I did have on regular clothes, but their establishment looked a little more classy than what I was wearing. I do this on purpose since I write (real) articles for other restaurants. The food was exemplary as well as the preparation time. Highly Recommended.
